Our story
Joe started the bakery in 1998 with one second-hand oven and a sourdough starter he still feeds today.
Everything we sell is made on the premises, from the long-fermented loaves to the pastries that come out just as the doors open.

Ordering a celebration cake
Three days' notice is usually plenty for something made just for you.

We'll suggest options and a price, then pencil you in once you're happy.

Collect and celebrate
Pick it up fresh on the day — we'll have it boxed and ready at the counter.
